Ubisoft has said that the upcoming "Far Cry 2" game will feature a 16 player multi-player mode along with its single-player mode.

On January 3rd this year, Ubisoft had announced the game would be shipping for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and the PC. It was officially unveiled on July 19th last year by Ubisoft. At that time, Ubisoft had said the game was being developed by the Ubisoft Montreal team and that it would release in spring this year. Later, Ubisoft postponed the release (still tentative) to 2008-2009. More news as we get our hands on the game!
