Kodak's latest addition to its inventory of digital cameras will set your pulse racing for sure. The recently launched Kodak EasyShare V1273 made its way to our test labs a few days back and has left us all agape. Here's what it has got.
The Camera
The Kodak V1273 has a 1/1.72 inch CCD (sensor type) that can capture 12MP (4009 x 3009) pictures. It uses a SCHNEIDER-KREUZNACH VARIOGON 37-111 mm (35 mm equiv.) lens that has a 3x optical zoom and optical image stabilisation as well. The integrated 5x digital zoom takes the total zoom range of the camera to 15x. The camera boasts shutter speeds ranging from 8 to 1/1164 secs.

The back of the camera houses a 230K pixel resolution 3-inch touch screen LCD. Like most other Kodak cameras, the V1273 has a 32MB internal memory and features an SDHC/SD card slot.
The camera measures 93.3 x 57.9 x 21.0 mm (W x H x D) and weighs 148 grams. It's pocketable enough for you to carry it in your shirt pocket.
