MySpace has announced the launch of "Special Delivery", a non-scripted hidden-camera reality show (somewhat on the lines of 'Candid Camera') in association with Avalon TV.

MySpace claims "Special Delivery" is its second co-development project, as also the second original Web show created specifically for MySpaceTV, after 'quarterlife'.

"Special Delivery" features delivery people; significantly, the kind of pranks played on them. For instance bizarre requests are made of them like "Would you do a birthday dance for my dog?" or "Will you help me propose to the love of my life?". Quite sad huh? Naturally, these people are taken by surprise; their faces mirroring their expressions. It's these million-dollar expressions that are captured by the hidden-cameras a la 'Candid Camera'.

"Special Delivery" episodes are being shot at multiple 'rigged' locations in Las Vegas. The show promises to leave viewers speechless with the unbelievable lengths that delivery people would go to when a tip's involved. A tad sadistic we think.

Meanwhile, the first episode of "Special Delivery" that debuted on Monday featured a photographer tricking a Chinese-food delivery guy into posing for some 'sexy' shots.

MySpaceTV plans to run a total of 18 episodes, releasing two different episodes per week. All episodes, on-demand archives, and other interactive content around the show will be housed at the official "Special Delivery" MySpace profile at http://www.myspace.com/specialdelivery.

Users will also be able to receive regular show updates, as well as share episodes with their buddies.
