Central Lounge

The Central Lounge is the meeting hub for every new user. As a new user, you can stroll around the central lounge and make new friends. Home is all about communication and there are many options for the same. You can quick-chat with someone using short phrases provided to every user, or you can use a USB keyboard for it. The best option is the wireless Bluetooth headset that'll be available for the PS3. The Central lounge will be covered with many advertisements, which can be a high quality image or a video. Users shouldn't complain as it is the Ad revenue that makes Home free for users. The Central lounge is the prelude before you actually start exploring Home.

Fool Around

You can literally gallivant around in Home, as there are so many cool places to hang out. There's Game Space -- a recreational area; here you can play Home-pool or Home-bowling, and even classic arcade games which are free and can be enjoyed with friends. Another area called Home Theater will cater to game and movie trailers, as well as user-generated content. A user will be able to walk into the Home Theater and view movies. There will be a Sports lobby as well; here, a user can play simple games like basketball by inviting friends or challenging others. There's a lot more detail in all these rooms, but we need to see more than videos to explain them in detail (Sony, do you hear me?). I'll try to get more details for my next preview of Home.
