Tabbed Conversations:

Ever since tabbed browsing came into existence, I had been desperately waiting for chat applications to come up with the same. While Google Talk's concatenated windows somewhat does the trick, the Yahoo Messenger Vista gets it right with its true tabbed interface.

You can easily switch between tabs by hitting the Tab key on your keyboard. You can even drag-and-drop separate chat windows into tabs or vice-versa.

Color changer:

A new color-palette icon lets you instantly change the color of your Yahoo Messenger. You can choose between 8 different colors. To preview the colors, one has to simply hover the cursor over them.
