Microsoft Adds Live.in for India

As part of a worldwide roll-out, Microsoft India has introduced a new email domain at live.in, exclusively for India.
These live domains include country-specific suffixes, and are now default domain addresses when users sign-up for Windows Live or individual services like Windows Live Hotmail or Windows Live Messenger.
Users from India can sign-up for yourname@live.in email id by logging on to http://mail.live.com.
According to Microsoft, Live.in opens-up a whole new set of names for customers to sign-up for an id name.
Besides, the live.in id provides users with access to Windows Live Messenger, Windows Live Spaces, and all of the next generation of Windows Live services.
Live.in runs on the Windows Live Hotmail platform, and promises a safer, more productive email experience. Meanwhile, new customers who sign-up will have the Windows Live domain as default address, but those who wish to, can continue to opt for @hotmail.com from the drop-down menu of listed domains.
