Many Online products need additional components downloaded to function correctly in both, online as well as offline mode. Here are 4 such components:


Java Runtime

This is the most essential one -- in fact, download it even if you don't use any online applications -- as numerous sites and some software (Azureus) requires Java installed. Download the full 13.3MB Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 3.


Adobe Flash

I can't remember the last time that Flash wasn't needed by any website. So, this is another essential download that you need. In fact, while you're at it, download the Shockwave player too.


Google Gears

Download this only if the site suggests that Google Gears wasn't found or needs to be downloaded.


Adobe AIR

This is the newest of the breed to start its own Web API. It'd probably be used by many, as it has many benefits over previous technologies.

Thanks ton to Nikhil... As you put much more light on the latest Online Office packages which will be future overtaking and has to be considerably in India that users are lack of bandwidth So they can not bear this one...
