Which offers users an essentially 'Marathi Manoos' and Ganesh special experience to enjoy, and share with near and dear ones.
With Mumbai's favorite (very Maharashtrian) God lording over the city, Airtel has started a new "Assal (true) Marathi" voice portal.
Which offers users an essentially Marathi and Ganesh special experience to enjoy, and share with near and dear ones.
A dedicated special menu on the voice portal offers a host of value-added services (VAS) -- all built around the 10-day Ganesh festival.
The offerings include: Ganesh contests, popular Ganesh ringtones, songs, aartis, bhajans, stotras, modak recipes, and folklore about Lord Ganesh.
"Airtel's specially created Ganesh VAS offerings add up to the festive fervor, and promise an unmatched mobile experience to customers this festive season," said Mandeep Bhatia, chief operating officer of Bharti Airtel, of the new portal.
In addition, Airtel's Live Wap portal offers special downloadable content, including Ganesh pictures, logos, wallpapers, greetings, and so on.
For "Assal Marathi" portal content, users would be charged Rs 6 per minute, while Hello Tunes would be charged at Rs 15 per song download, and Rs 30 for a one-month subscription. Meanwhile, charges for Live WAP portal content would range between Rs 10 and Rs 50.
