We have the JBL Reference 410 Headphones with us today which are very similar to the Bose QuiteComfort that we reviewed earlier this year. Sporting the same on-ear design, JBL's 410 headphones are pitted against Bose; let's see how this JBL product performed.

just bought these headphones . I'm a huge rock fan, and they're great for listening to rock. For their price, theyre far superior to any sennheisers i tried. The bass does crack occasionally at full volume but then u dont want to listen to them at that range unless u plan on investing in a hearing aid soon. Go JBL!!!

As far as I know the Grados arent available in India. I got the SR60 from the US. For Rs. 2760, its the one gateway to audiophile territory.. And please, ppl recommending iballs.. Plz shut up and dont let your ignorance show.. We are talking serious sound quality here. You might as well wear 2 garbage cans over your ears if you are recoing iball :P :P

Hello Guys, I recently purchased the Creative HN-700 headphones with Active Noise Cancelleation Technology, similar to technology used by Bose Quiet Comfort. Since I have experienced the noise cancellation some time apart on both headphones, I can't really comment on their equivalence, but as far as I can remember, both have almost equal effect. Also the Creative headphones have really superb sound quality with all tones produced remarkably well and no cracking (I am not strictly an audiophile). They work on AA batteries. So you don't have to carry a charger and different plugs along. They have a volume control button on the headphones. They are foldable and occupy very less space and come with a leather-like material carrying pouch. The connecting cable has gold-plated pins but is the standard 3.5-mm type and not any proprietary one unlike Bose. You also get the dual plug adapter for airplanes. The build quality overall is pretty good. Very comfortable to wear due to flexibility. And now the most pleasant aspect, the price. I purchased them for Rs 1725/-- from Croma, Malad (W), Link Road, Mumbai 400064 I feel they are real value for money and not in any way inferior to the Bose ones in terms of Noise cancellation.

Hey Tech Tree reviewers, I think the name of the Bose Headphones is QuietComfort and not QuiteComfort. Quiet referring to the noise cancellation producing a feeling of quietness and comfort.

Comparing iBall to Sennheizers, Bose or Sony is stupidity, we are talking about sound quality here....fyi loud speakers also make sound.
