AMD has released a two TV Tuners. These would interest you if you are on the lookout for desktop or notebook solutions. For your desktop, there is TV Wonder 650 PCIe that sports ClearQAM, hybrid analog/digital tuning, 3D combo filter, and even an FM tuner.

The TV Wonder 600 USB provides OTA HD on any machine with USB. This has all the features as listed for the 650 PCIe. Both models are supported by Windows Vista. There is no official word about the pricing, but expect to hit stores in the next couple of months.
