For the past year there has been only one game in every gamer's thoughts, and that is Assassin's Creed. That and Jade Raymond, the really hot producer of the same. The world anxiously waits as the game is slated to release in September. As you read further, you will know what the game has to offer. We had covered some details based on its video release a few months back; this time around we have a more detailed preview. The game is a multiplatform and will be out on the PS3 and Xbox 360 as well.

The Story

The game is most remarkable in terms of graphics, but there is no doubt that this is by far the most impressive game in terms of art and level design as well. The story is set in the year 1191, the days of kings and knights and of valor and war. Historically, the game takes place during the Crusades; and our protagonist, Altair, has to assassinate key figures during the crusades.

Altair is also called the "Flying Eagle" and he belongs to a group of ancient assassins. As him, you will visit and explore three cities Jerusalem, Acre and Damascus. These were the vital cities during the crusades and you as Altair will be going to each of these cities to accomplish some objectives. The story is much deeper, let's hope more of it unfolds soon.
