    Two Games Set to Rock the World!

    While the new title in the Tom Clancy series is expected by this year-end, 'The Lord of the Rings Online' game is now available in North America.

Turbine and Midway Games have announced that 'The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar' game is now available for purchase across North America.

The game, which is the first and only massively multiplayer online (MMO) game based on the Books of J R R Tolkien, opens up the mystical world of Middle-earth and creates the opportunity for endless adventure.

'The Lord of the Rings Online' delivers an interactive experience filled with life and the familiar people, places and monsters from the most beloved fantasy adventure of all time. From the picturesque surroundings of the Shire to Angmar, the evil kingdom of the Witch-king, players will experience the world of Middle-earth as never before.

Jeff Anderson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Turbine, said, "The release of 'The Lord of the Rings Online' marks a momentous occasion for MMO gamers and Tolkien fans around the world. Countless adventures await gamers eager to experience Middle-earth in an entirely new way and we are confident that once they have visited this epic world, they will never want to leave."

In addition, Turbine has also announced the first update to 'The Lord of the Rings Online'. This free update, called the 'Shores of Evendim', is scheduled to be released this coming June and will include an entirely new landscape region, over 60 additional quests, the Battle for Helegrod raid, nine new monsters, and major enhancements to monster play and the music system.

'The Lord of the Rings Online' is now available for purchase at major retailers in both a Special and Standard Edition. The Special Edition retails for $59.99 (Rs 2,460 approx.), while the Standard Edition is available for $49.99 (Rs 2,049 approx.).

In a separate development, Ubisoft has announced that it is creating a new title in the Tom Clancy series, called 'Tom Clancy's EndWar'.

The company says that 'Tom Clancy's EndWar' game is set on the battlefields of World War III, and will showcase new artificial intelligence, graphics, physics and animations that were not possible on previous generation hardware.

This new strategy title marks the latest new venture in Tom Clancy's best selling game franchise, which includes 'Ghost Recon', 'Rainbow Six', and 'Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell'.

Talking about the game, Serge Hascoet, Chief Creative Officer at Ubisoft, said that their development teams are rejuvenated to be creating the first 100 percent next-generation Tom Clancy brand. Their success with Tom Clancy franchises is unparalleled in the next-generation and 'Tom Clancy's EndWar' will be a marvelous addition to the already critically acclaimed library of games.

Hascoet added that a strategy game like no other, 'Tom Clancy's EndWar' will allow gamers to lead their own armies against hundreds of others online in real global locations on the massive battlefields of World War III.

Meanwhile, 'Tom Clancy's EndWar' is scheduled for release on next-generation consoles by the end of this year or early next year.

awesome so do u play it online or what i dont get it cause i never have played WoW or linage on my computer so i dont get it
