I have a Palm Treo 680 which I got in Singapore approx 4 years ago through Singtel. I have always been faithful to Palm & love my Treo and stayed with it despite little customer support. Your online support is good but there is no place we can come & get the device serviced. Besides have had continuous problem with auto sync with the computer. Finally in desperation switched to IPhone which is much more user friendly & supportive & use my Treo 680 as a back up second PDA even though I much prefer it. You have no dealer we can take the device to for technical help & your auto sync works irratically. Besides your technical support online is very complicated & not at all simple or user friendly! When I called u in singapore as I was having problem updating, I was told I would be helped to update if I paid $30! This is unbelievable that you should make updating so difficult that one has to pay for help! That is blackmail!
Now would like to trade it in or upgrade it or get better service for it.
You may contact for purchasing the Palm Treo 680 , its accessories and for service : SG Networks,

Palm is taking Indian customers like us for a ride. Before 'unveiling' products they should do something about their customer care here. And pricing needs to be more competitive. Their India website remains back dated and has no mention of the Treo 680.
