Not all radio stations display their IPs. You can just put your choice of name for the radio station and just put in the IP.

Then go back to your phone and update the playlist and you have your own customized radio station to listen to. You can host a station on your own and have your own collection playing without any problems. Later we will have one of these Internet Radio Station hosting softwares reviewed to help you out with that as well.

The interface of the software is very simple; it even holds a record of the last few stations you had tuned into. The software doesn't put much of a load on the phone. It's even lighter than the MP3 player you'd install to play all those MP3s stored on your phone's memory card.
Conclusion
The Mundu Radio experience was really nice. But since we were offered just a GPRS connection, there was a lot of buffering when streaming into any station above 32 kbps.
The service is free and charges apply only for the internet connectivity (GPRS/EDGE/WiFi). You maybe able to overcome those connectivity charges for the amount of music at hand. These days Symbian phones come with an Internet Streaming Radio App; so if at all Mundu happens to turn into a paid service, you can always use the alternative. Mundu Radio or for that matter Internet Streaming Radio on your cell phone may not suit everyone's pocket, but for those who can spare a few MBs of data for music can have the world of music through Mundu Radio.
