So how many of you are the Unreal fans? Many I presume, and for a reason I might add. Unreal game or games powered by Unreal technology have always been ahead of their times and hence command respect from millions of gamers. This time around Unreal technology is all set to set even higher standards in the world of gaming. The following feature will tell you about Unreal Engine 3 and also the games that will be using this technology.

But before I begin, did you know?

Unreal technology has been used in some of the most successful titles over the years, like Clive Barker's Undying, Deus Ex, Brothers in Arms, The Splinter Cell series, The Rainbow Six Series, and many more.

Unreal 3 engine uses PhysX from Ageia replacing Karma physics, which was standard for Unreal technology.

Due to its ultra-realistic visuals, Unreal Engine 3 is been used not only for gaming but also for Driving simulations, Construction simulation and design, Movie storyboards, and various other training simulations.

In august 2005, it was announced that UE4 is under-development, but we won't be feasting our eyes on that for years, as UE 3 is capable to last till 2010.
