Transcend has announced the release of its Hi-Speed DDR2-533 printer memory.

Specially designed for the new generation of HP laser printers, such as the HP Laserjet P2015/P3005 series, the new printer memory module is totally compatible with HP original memory, including HP P/N, 128MB:CB422A, and 256MB:CB423A.

According to the company, the DDR2 model can enhance the overall performance of the printer. It is regarded as a faster and a better choice for long-lasting and complex printing tasks.

Transcend's DDR2-533 printer memory for HP Laserjet P2015/P3005 uses 144-pin high quality Printed Circuit Board (PCB). It is assembled using only original DDR2-533 memory chips that can improve the overall stability of the system. In addition, the printer memory requires 1.8 volts for operating, thus resulting in low power consumption.

Moreover, it uses On-Die Termination (ODT) technology to minimize memory signal reflections at higher speeds. It also features FBGA (Fine Pitch Ball Grid Array) chip packages for improved electrical and heat dissipation characteristics.

The company claims that all of it's DDR2-533 printer memory modules follow the standard developed by the Joint Electron Device Engineering Council (JEDEC), which is the memory industry's standards organization.

Further, the company says the memory modules are built to the highest specifications with the best chips and materials after undergoing laboratory testing to ensure that they provide great performance and reliability.
