The iPod Series is currently the world's best-selling range of digital audio players and its worldwide mainstream adoption makes it one of the most popular consumer brands. As of right now, there are over 65 Million iPods sold, which give third party accessory makers a good chance to make some real quick money out of it. Currently, the number of iPod accessories is simply unbelievable, with over 1000 available from different manufacturers. Apple also sells accessories to go with it, which includes Hi-Fi that we tested some time back.
Today, we take a look at some accessories available in India along with their street price, which will help you spice up your iPod even more. The main criteria, we kept while making this list is the availability in India. While, we can find a huge list of accessories over the internet, many of them are unfortunately not available in India. Secondly, we wanted to personally test all of them, before featuring them here. Keeping these aspects in mind, let's have a glace at the accessories.
iPod Soft Pouch Cover
This one is known to many iPod users as this is the basic form of protection for a scratch-prone player.
The cheap one starts at Rs. 200, but generally not recommended as they don't protect the click-wheel and the screen. A better option that protects both of them sells for around Rs. 500.
The personal favorite is the Wrestler Case, which gives a total new look to the player, sells for Rs. 499 for iPod Video (5G.)
