Profile Feature

Borrowing the same feature from the Razer Copperhead, this feature is the combination of the hardware and the 'Agama' software bundled along. Using the 'Agama' software, you just set up your mouse once. You can select different settings of the mouse, including buttons assignment, dpi and USB rate selection, and sensitivity settings. Once you do that, you can save it in one of the five profile slots given. Now, using the profile select button on the mouse, you can preload all your settings, without the need of the software. Very much handy for gamers who carry their mouse at various gaming competitions and cafes.

Software

If Razer's software is best, this one is even better. It has animated windows, which slides in and out in style. You can adjust every aspect of the mouse from the software, even the USB rps. You can even change the scrolling speed and the sensitivity of the mouse from X and Y-axis aspect.

This one was particularly very helpful, for me at least, for having a higher sensitivity in Y Axis, as it is difficult for me to flick the mouse upwards as fast as I can flick it sideways. You can also set a macro, continuous click, single click, or other functions into the seven mouse buttons including the four side buttons. You can even put a time limit between continuous clicks programmed in the macro.

Conclusion

The Genius Navigator 535 Gaming mouse sells for a street price of Rs. 2400/- with a three-year warranty. It is one of the best buys considering the state-of-the-art laser sensor technology and loads of features it offers. However, the only downside was that the finishing was imperfect with minor sharp edges sticking out. These edges certainly won't hurt anyone, but a little bit extra effort from Genius would have been appreciated.

Overall, it's one of the best and less pricey gaming mice that every gamer should possess.

Higher the DPI -> More sensitivty / Vice versa for low DPI. Higher response, like when shooting a gun in a game, you can shoot and kill them first before they kill you. Know when they say "But I shot you first and I died, hacker", well, this is what this does- gives you an advantage, just got to back up that your not a hacker and your good to go!. Macro's are things like "Alt + Ctrl + Del" that opens the task manager etc, programming this to a mouse button makes you press a button instead of using the whole command. Laser sensors are INVISIBLE to the Naked eye, therefore it cannot damage it- I believe, and from what I've read all over. If you put the sensor through a camera it'd show as a purple light. Basically, a gaming mouse gives you higher response and sensitivity, but then again a normal desktop mouse can go to about 1200 sensitivity, and this would be enough in my opinion. Macro's for a gaming mouse can allow you to do things like reload, by clicking a mouse button rather than on the keyboard, or even other commands like in Massive multiplayer online role playing games, commands to revive your party members etc. So, it's all up to what you prefer. As much as the software looks like bloatware, if it works well etc- it's fine.
