Tachyon Technologies has reportedly developed an all-new technology named "Quillpad" that allows users to send e-mails by typing in Indian languages.
According to reports, Tachyon Technologies, a software company, has developed an all-new technology named "Quillpad" that allows users to send e-mails by typing in Indian languages.
The new technology has been developed by two technocrats; K S Sreeram and Ram Prakash H, founders of Tachyon Technologies, which was started in the year 2000.
With Artificial Intelligence (machine learning techniques), Quillpad can be used not only for writing emails, but also for browsing the Internet or any other document containing Indian languages. Also, while browsing, it automatically learns the language patterns.
According to Tachyon, this learning is just one-time, after which the trained set of patterns can be deployed by all users of Quillpad technology. The newly developed technology enables predictive transliteration.
Further, the company says that Quillpad is unlike most transliteration systems available today that expect users to follow set rules while typing. Quillpad rather allows users to type instinctively, and gives out correct translations for the same. All the user needs to do is type-in the text which he/she wishes to input, and Quillpad promises to automatically predict what the user's typing corresponds to. In short, the company says the new technology does not demand exact typing of words.
Quillpad helps users type in different Indian languages such as Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, to name a few. Those interested can lay their hands on the beta version available at http://quillpad.in.
YOUR SOFTWARE IS VERY USEFULL AND ITS VERY DIFFERNT TO OTHERS SOFTWARE ALSO VERY HANDY USE OF IT BUT WHEN I DOWNLOAD THIS SOTWARE IT DIDN'T WORK PLEASE TELL ME RIGHT WAY TO DOWNLOAD THIS SOFTWARE.
As promised, the software is no doubt an intelligent tool. But it cannot be downloaded and requires one to always be online to use this softare, which is not practical. Also, I tried typing out a 5 page document and the software became instable maybe not worth using it online.
Is it necessary that Quillpad will convert only English to other languages.... is it not possible to convert any language to other versions.... that would be a true translator.... i suppose!!!!!
This is an excellent tool. Very very useful for typing Hindi. My sincere thanks to K S Sreeram and Ram Prakash H. This will make Hindi popular on web. Even writing in Hindi and other languages will become popular.
Thanks and regards,
