Microsoft Entertainment and Devices Division has reportedly launched its India Web site; www.xbox.com/in, for Indian Xbox 360 enthusiasts.

The specially designed Web site gives information about Xbox 360's features, hardware, games, accessories, and all the latest news and updates on this next generation gaming console.

The Web site also enables the viewer visit the thrilling world of gaming and digital entertainment, complete with all the necessary information on the latest gaming titles. Besides, it is touted as a single window to the world of Xbox 360.

Talking about the new Web site, Mohit Anand, country manager, Microsoft Entertainment and Devices Division, India, said that the Xbox 360 India Web site is for all Xbox 360 enthusiasts who want first-hand information on the gaming console before its launch near Diwali this year. Gamers can now simply log on to access the latest information on Xbox 360, which as Anand puts it, is now just a mouse click away.

yeah i got my 360 from new york..cnt wait till november...its cool..tht now we indians hve something of our own..like we dnt have to be a citizen of us for every freakin contest or free stuff maybe they will keep sweepstakes as well

Its not new its old but has been re worked i ordered my XBox 360 via that website another thing dont forget to buy Ridge Racer 6 if u gonna buy this its kinnda nice play...

I own Ridge Racer 6. I would recommend you DON'T buy it. It's quite a rubbishy, arcade game. If you want a REALLY GOOD driving game, get Project Gotham Racing 3. That is fantastic, especially in HD.

I hope they import & market themselves. If they leave it to independent dealers there will be a repeat of re-export, same as happened with MS-Mouse about 10 years ago.
