Actis Ties with BenQ for Projectors

At a time when projectors are becoming a prominent feature of the IT landscape, Actis Technologies has announced a tie-up with BenQ for their DLP projectors.
Commenting on the association, Abhimanyu Gupta, director, Actis Technologies, said, "We provide maximum flexibility to our customers in terms of product choices. Our tie-up with BenQ is a strategic move in this direction. BenQ Projectors provide extremely good picture quality, which enhances viewer experience; they are the best DLP projectors available today."
Max Hsu, business head, BenQ, said, "BenQ is the world-wide leader in DLP projectors. Our decision to team-up with Actis was unanimous, as they are amongst the top three projector distributors in India, and are also a leading AV solutions provider in the country. We feel our wide range of XGA projectors can enhance Actis offering to their customers."
BenQ DLP Projectors are said to offer a host of differentiators including: wireless connectivity to simplify set-up; sleek and stylish set-up; compact form factor; crisp and clearer visual experience; and true-to- movie video performance.
DLP technology, which is used in a wide range of devices, uses an optical semiconductor to digitally manipulate light. DLP projectors are known, above all, for their compact size and image clarity. They make efficient use of light to provide crisp and sharp picture quality, especially useful for business presentations that use slides and spread-sheets.
