With the prices of portable music players going down like bricks in water (not chicks in water, dude), they are no longer just a style bauble. A music player has become more of a necessity than a style quote and there are hundreds of models (by as many manufacturers) to choose from.

And before I start ranting or raving about the product, I want to talk about the so-called iPod clones. Well, there are a lot of manufacturers who, shall we say, are inspired by the looks of the Nano, but in effect, they offer a lot more features. So, instead of calling them clones, I guess using the term Nano form factor would be more appropriate.

The MSI P610 portable music player is one such product.
