Roamware has reportedly introduced its "Missed Call Alerts" service that presents a cost-effective, single-node solution for advising mobile subscribers in home network on missed calls, in case of unreachable or switched-off call scenarios.
According to company sources, the service carries a bouquet of features such as: personalized messaging through definition of class of subscribers; template-driven message building, with placeholders using data from internal and external sources; and flexible launch options in subscription or free-for-all mode.
The new service also packs the ability to detect voicemail notification; clubbing of alerts based on configurable rules; barring of alerts; multi-language message notification; message delivery honoring caller line identification restriction; intuitive and powerful Web-based interface for administration and reporting; alert presentation in flash or standard mode; and customizable sender address to promote operator brand or calling party as identifier.
This apart, the service also carries subscriber benefits such as real-time advice on missed calls, capacity to reach calling party based on automatic push alerts, etc.
