Fujitsu has unveiled its new line-up of computing companions including the LifeBook Q2010, LifeBook S6310, LifeBook T4210, and Deskpower TX.
Fujitsu has unveiled its new line-up of computing companions in the country including the LifeBook Q2010, LifeBook S6310, LifeBook T4210, and Deskpower TX. The company says its new range is designed keeping each unique individual in mind.
Presenting the new ensemble, Raymond Foo, director - product marketing and engineering, Fujitsu, said, "Making technology work seamlessly and reliably for customers is a philosophy infused into the hearts and souls of everyone at Fujitsu. The new computing companions offer tech-connoisseurs computing technology, designed to fulfill their unique needs and desires."

The LifeBook Q2010 incorporates advanced technologies and sophisticated materials in a thin frame of just 19.9 millimeters. It has advanced dual digital array microphones with 12.1-inch wide-screen weighing approximately one kilogram, and an extended seven-hour battery life on addition of a six-cell battery.
The elegantly-designed LifeBook S6310 weighs less than 2 kilograms, and has features such as Intel's latest Centrino Duo Mobile Technology, powerful magnesium-alloy casings, superior security, spill-resistant keyboards, shock-mounted hard drives, and Gigabit Ethernet, as also high-speed integrated Wi-Fi.
The LifeBook T4210 has a refreshing design with bi-directional hinge-fitted screens, supposed to be an industry-first.
The Deskpower TX is a 32-inch wide-screen Home Entertainment PC which according to Fujitsu, has cutting-edge technology, ultra-stylish design, and ease-of-use put together into one device. The system offers home entertainment aficionados a digital lifestyle experience, so as to enable them watch their favorite television programs, surf the Internet, or work on business documents conveniently at a single place.
The new computing companions have been built with premium environmentally-friendly materials that are fully compliant with the European Union s directive on the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS). Besides, they all come with Fujitsu's standard three-year warranty.
The LifeBook Q2010 retails for Rs 1,59,900; the LifeBook S6310 is priced at Rs 94,000; the LifeBook T4210 is available for Rs 1,39,000; and the Deskpower TX is available at Rs 1,89,000.
I wonder how the Lifebook Q2010 compares with a Sony Vaio ultra light -which retails for Rs 1,29,000 or so. In what way would the Fujitsu be superior ?
