ASUSTeK Computer (Asus) has added the new EN7900 line to its existing portfolio of graphics cards. The new series of graphics cards incl-udes the EN7900GT, EN7900GT Top, and EN7900GTX, all of which are designed for Windows Vista.

Asus says that the latest generation of Nvidia GeForce 7900 series GPUs, featuring DDR3 capable of clocking speeds up to 1.6GHz, incor-porates the EN7900 range of graphics cards.

The new set of graphics cards features advanced heat pipe and memory cover designs, Asus Splendid Video Intelligence Technology, Asus GameReplay, Asus GameLiveShow, Asus GameFace Messenger, and improved Video Security online amongst others.

In particular, the EN7900GT Top graphics card incorporates heat dissipating pipes to sustain maximum GPU capacity, and going further it includes memory covers to permit heat transfer directly from memory chipsets onto the heatpipes.

The card's over-clocking ability is capable of satisfying hardcore gamers and providing top-shelf graphics quality.

Among the prominent features, GameReplay records gaming action onto MPEG4 video files; GameLiveShow allows gamers to stream broadcast live gaming experiences over the Internet; GameFace Messenger simpli-fies inviting multiple players to a game conference; Splendid Video Intelligence Technology detects activation and usage of video appli-cations, and automatically optimizes image quality for the best vis-ual results; the improved video security online allows users to specify a particular surveillance area for motion detection; while OnScreen Display (OSD) allows users to control game display without leaving the game.

The new cards come bundled with Peter Jackson's King Kong: the Full Edition Official Game of the Movie, for an instant out-of-the-box experience.

Jeffery Huang, business manager - components, Asus India, said, In India, video editing is one of the key areas which has many talented, creative professionals. Asus 7900 series VGA cards are great for today s top-notch technology demands like DVD playback, television encoding and decoding, and is also beneficial for high definition TV."
