atleast they are looking after their customers. i have 865gbf mbd. i contacted intel for some support to get my board checked. and after an exchange of emails they told me to go to my vendor. and they also told me that my vendor was free to charge me, even though the board comes with a 3 year warranty. i bought it in nov2004. my vendor says rs. 350 service charges and more for any repairs or replacement.
