In keeping with company objectives naukri.com has announced its new initiative - Insta Hire, which according to the company stands for instant contact by recruiters and instant application by recruitees - both via sms.
Naukri.com says that in this day and age of instant choices and instant solutions, Insta Hire facilitates an innovative recruitment solution for the first time on mobile phones.
Connecting instantaneously recruiters and recruitees across the length and breadth of the country, Insta Hire considerably reduces the time consumed in the entire hiring process.
Insta Hire works in a simple manner; recruiters would be able to send instant recruitment messages to potential candidates on their mobiles. Candidates can then sms back, as per instructions carried in the sms received.
Once candidates respond via mobile their resumes get sent to recruiters, and the recruiters can then get-in-touch with interested candidates directly - all carried out in a matter of minutes.
