Please send me the details & brouchers along with their price for the 6 Digital Still Camera models recently launched in Bangalore and let me know where we can buy them in Hyderabad, A.P.
Samsung india is a very unproffessional organization which does not know what customer care means! I bought 2 brand new a/cs of which one was faulty. I asked a replacement and was assured one. Mr D'Souza who is the area service manager Pune told me that since a replacement would take time they will repair the a/c but get me a replacement soon.
I agreed and 2 months waiting no replacement came. I called up Samsung and they assured me again things will be taken care of. Again nothing.
I called them up and also sent emails (4 emails to which I got 1 reply) .
Finally Mr Yajuvendre, Areas manager - Maharashtra called me and said that no replacement will be given !
New a/c which is faulty, customer distress, time wastage and lack of customer service. I have been challenged to do what I can and this is what I am going to do..
Help spread the word !
