    BenQ mobiles has launched their new slider phone "Siemens CF110" - the winner of the iF Product Design Award 2006.

BenQ mobiles has launched their new slider phone "Siemens CF110" - the winner of the iF Product Design Award 2006.

The phone's dimensions are 83 x 45 x 18mm, it weighs 76.5g and has features like polyphonic - 32 channels and true ringtone, plus speaker phone and voice recorder. Its call records can hold up to 10 dialed, 10 called and 10 missed calls. The product packages with it a card slot, a USB plus 1.5 MB shared memory, and is GPRS enabled. The CF110 is SMS, EMS, MMS enabled; features games (downloadable), a 65K TFT color display; and comes in colors like Moonlight Silver and Midnight Blue, with a stand-by time up to 220 hours, and talk-time up to 5 hours.

Ish Bawa, head - Marcom, BenQ India, said, "The trends in mobile phones are changing rapidly. The next generation of mobile phones or rather the next trend that is coming in vogue is certainly the slider phone. They are trendy, smart, easy to use, and stylish. This particular model is sure to make a difference, because there are very few models or competition in the market in the same category of mobile phones at such an affordable price. This is the first product launched after the acquisition of Siemens mobile division by BenQ recently."

Siemens CF110 is priced at Rs 5,690 (inclusive of VAT), and is now available with all retailers.

Looks great, but Siemens is known for LOW BATTERY LIFE & other such critical issue, check earlier model history like SX1 etc also, please check its service network, endless problem first with Siemens now even after BenQ taking it is worse.
