Need for Speed: Most Wanted (PC)

MW stays true to the hip-hop-bling-bling tuner culture with police chases and exotic cars.

Purposeful free roaming, Fast, furious and thrilling car chases, Sense of speed, Sounds as good as it looks, Impressive car line up.

Difficulty level is suddenly spiked up halfway through the game, Cheesy voice acting, Modding has been toned down quite a bit, Drag races tend to get boring, Not enough Josie Maron.

Simply put, Need for Speed: Most Wanted (MW) could be described as Need for Speed: Underground 2 with Cops. But then again, that's like calling the Mona Lisa just another painting or the Fifth Symphony just another song. MW stays true to the hip-hop-bling-bling tuner culture, and at the same time re-injects the game with elements like police chases and exotic cars that make this the best Need for Speed till date.

Days of Thunder

MW's plot is clich d no doubt, but is enjoyable to watch as it's presented in the form of FMV (Full Motion Video) sequences, which basically mixes real actors with computer generated environments and cars. This effect looks cool with the cut-scenes looking neither too real, nor too rendered. Only problem here is that some of the actors tend to ham it up a notch and try way too hard to be bad asses. Josie Maran (Mia) is so hot you'll forgive her acting skills, which in all honesty are a bit better than Brooke "The Cardboard" Burke.

MW starts of with you entering Rockport City, a city full of strict cops (who don't take too kindly to racers), tuned cars, hot chicks and a bunch of street racers who practically live by the Blacklist, a list of 15 of the most notorious racers in Rockport. Being the hot shot that you are, you attempt working your way up the Blacklist when you come up against Razor Callahan, an egotistical maniac who's No# 15 on the list. Razor apparently isn't too confident of his driving skills and makes his crew tamper with your car to assure his victory. As a result your car runs out of gas during the race and you run shit out of luck as not only do you end up loosing the race but your car as well since this was a Pink Slip race. If loosing your car and pride wasn't bad enough, the cops arrest you for illegal racing (talk about a bad day). Lucky for you, the police don't have a lot of incriminating evidence against you and you're left off the hook pretty easily. Car-less and penniless you find a confident in Mia, who informs you that Razor's climbed to the top of the Blacklist using your car (cheeky SOB isn't he?). So now, all you need to do is climb to the top of the Blacklist, defeat Razor, win back your car, get the girl and drive off into the sunset, simple enough? Yeah, you wish!
