Oh yes, we still have a lot of Typhoon products left to review! But instead of keyboard and mouse reviews, today's Typhoon is a Webcam

Good quality in lowlight, Easy setup, 100% compatible

Low horizontal angle, Non-sticky rubber clamps, A bit expensive

Camera Plus offers all the features we talked about before - and also edits and processes your images, edits your video, and converts between AVI and MPEG formats. Its surveillance camera mode works fine. It also lets you adjust sensitivity, so you can let the trees and plants ruffle in the back, but catch the black caped crusader in the middle of his act. Putting up live video on the Internet can be accomplished by the bundled TeVeo VIDiO (where do they come up with those names?).

Most cams need lots of light to grab the picture, something a lot of users don't understand when they sit in their room in the dimmest night light and wonder why the cam is taking in all black. The key to any Webcam is light - lots of it. So turn on your main room light(s), or get a bright table lamp and place it right next to your monitor directed at your face, or whatever part of your body you want the cam to capture. Very decent quality. Even in moderate lighting conditions, this cam took good quality video. Now when I say good quality, I don't mean pixel depth, but the actual brightness and gamma, which I admit I did adjust, that the camera gives you. Even after adjustment, the picture didn't look completely washed out.
