yo... to tell you the truth 128kbps is not BB speeds of 256 and above are truely considered as broadband... yhe fact that bsnl is providing at a cheap rate is true ... but then again no ISP can promote broadband and limit the bandwidth usage... i guess nobody knows that at the speeds of 1.440MB/min 256kbps broadband provided by bsnl will run out within 12 hrs.... depending on how they measure the usage.... and also 100000 some registration , atleast half will get cancelled post 31st june... after their unlimited offer ends... well in my opinion register before 31st march and avail the connection ...and terminate it on 31st june... between now and then... enjoy the true power of BB!!!
