After getting a decent response on Android and BlackBerry phones, Zomato has now launched a version for the iPhone and the iPad. iOS users can now find eating joints based on their current location.
Zomato.com (previously known as Foodiebay.com) is three years old, and gets around 600,000 visitors every month. Similar to the functions found on its website, the mobile app also lets users look at the menus, contact details, reviews, photographs, location, and discounts on the phone itself. Considering that the application recorded over a thousand downloads within the first three hours of its launch, it's well on its way to becoming popular. The app can be downloaded for free from the iTunes store or from Zomato's website.
