HP plans to announce developer access to this new OS at its webOS Connect event to be held in London today. But to be able to gain access, you first need to be signed up for the Early Access program, where developers have already been getting access to early webOS SDK builds. HP webOS 3.0 will be featured on their upcoming tablet called TouchPad. The release is to help developers make apps for the TouchPad and have them ready by the time it is launched in June this year.
