    Zebronics Cinema 4.3 Review

Prasad Naik, Feb 09, 2011 1324 hrs IST

    Highly recommended portable media player

Touchscreen interface, plays most video files flawlessly in up to 720p resolution, FLAC support, TV-out support, built-in loudspeaker, 8GB internal memory, microSD card slot, extremely well priced

No dedicated volume control buttons, poor touchscreen response, no AAC support, slow file transfer to memory card, stylus needs to be carried separately

The Zebronics Cinema 4.3 is a magical little media player that packs in a lot features for a very low price. For starters it comes with a large 4.3-inch touchscreen display, 720p video playback with support for nearly every format, music player, FM radio, voice recorder, built-in loudspeaker, TV-out support, 8GB built-in memory and microSD card support, all this for a price of Rs. 4,200. Have we got your attention yet? Great, let's get on with the review then.

Though the cost is stated to be Rs. 4200/-, the MRP is Rs. 5299/- and the dealer demanded the same. Why such a large difference in the price? Just I bought the product and yet to ascertain the usage.

I am interested to buy Zebronics Cinema 4.3 Media player. I searched so many electronics shops in Mumbai / Hyderabad who deal in electronic gadgets / media players. But no body is aware of the product. It is amazing to know this. Kindly provide me the names / phone numbers of the shops in Mumbai / Hyderabad from where I can get this product of yours OR even a better version. My mobile No. 09869681205

Visit Zebronics website. You will get the address of Zebronics office in your city. Contact them and you can have the info bout the shops selling their products. In case the shop is out of stock, the office can get you the product at much cheaper rate.

The product looks pretty decent with the handy features of 720p playback with various file formats supported along with the better battery life. The highlight is the resistive touch screen which is very handy .Even without the stylus, the response while using our fingers is good. I am happy user of the product. It is worth every buck spent

-Poor touchscreen response (You said it has to be pressed very hard with fingers!) -No dedicated Volume buttons (biggest con a music player can have after lousy audio quality!) -stylus has to be carried separately! -Fast forward is tricky and that too with a poor resistive touchscreen! I'm wondering, Even with such major faults which hinder usability , why this product still gets a 4.5/5?? Otherwise a nice review. Covering most of the aspects!

It gets that score because for all its faults it costs only 4200 bucks. At that price you can't even get a basic touchscreen phone that can do all the other stuf that this thng actually does.

What's the point of having a player with such features when you can't even use the UI properly. Everytime someone wants to increase the volume he has to look into the screen, and use the stylus. Whereas you can just click the buttons without even looking at it in other players! Sorry but this product is just like chinese phones! High on features but fails on usability!
