The Zebronics Zeb-Station is a compact speaker system that can playback your music from a USB drive or an SD card and also has a built-in FM radio. The Zeb-Station also comes with a line-in input, so you can even connect it to a TV or DVD player.
The Zeb-Station has a very compact design and looks like an iPod dock. On the front it has a glossy mirror finished panel that houses all the controls and inputs. You can find a one line LED display that shows the elapsed time when playing an MP3 track, and the FM station frequency when playing the radio. The display, however, is too small and can display only seven characters at a time and hence cannot show important information such as track title.
Below the display is a large volume control button, but you can also press the dial and switch the function of the dial. You can make it adjust the bass, treble and scroll through equalizer presets. The dial is backlit by a cool blue light. Below the dial are the controls for power, input source and playback controls. Below the controls are the SD card slot and a USB port.
On either side of the control panel you will find two four-inch full-range drivers. The speakers have bass reflex ports below the unit for each driver. The speakers are covered by a cloth grille and the top and sides have a wood finish, which along with the shiny front, lends some class to the otherwise boring design. On the back of the Zeb-Station is the line-in input and a fixed wire that acts as the FM radio antenna.
