Multifunction devices are popular in offices due to the lower space they occupy and the overall lower operating cost. Also, they take care of multiple functions such as print, scan copy and fax (when available). This combined with plummeting prices have made MFDs viable even for home users. We recently reviewed the Canon PIXMA MP497, and this new MFD is the PIXMA MP287, which lacks the Wi-Fi functionality of the former and is therefore available at a lower cost.

Unlike traditional boring MFDs, this one looks pretty. It comes loaded with features such as printing from HD Movie frames, printing directly from the web and websites like Flickr, targeting the general home user more than an office.

Recently i've bought a canon Pixma MP287, after doing all the necessary installations i was set to print out a copy for trail, but as to what i couldn't do so, it was notifying that "the document could not be printed" and also "There was no page selected to print"...what could be the possible reasons for this?? pls help me...
