That's because none of the mentioned cons are serious and pale in comparison to the good performance and the low price.

Can You suggest me Good 5.1 surround speakers for 8K or less. I use them lot for FPS Games , hence they should produce good bass and clear sound.

Under 8k I would suggest you go for either the Altec Lansing FX5051 or the Logitech Z506.

You mention good audio quality, but subwoofer fail to handle deep bass what's the use. in what case you have judge good audio?

For the size and power rating of the subwoofer, not to mention the price point, that is to be expected. Having said that it is not as bad as you might think and in most cases you won't even notice it.
