Emoji Free
Version: 1.8
iPhone OS: 3.0
Size: 5.8 MB
Bored of sending plain text messages, notes and emails? Emoji Free lets you add some life to your messages by adding icons. You can put these colorful icons just about anywhere you can type. What Emoji does is it enables the emoji keyboard in your Apple device, which is normally hidden from the user. One limitation of this app is that these icons are visible only on Apple devices as these are already inside these devices.
iHome + Sleep
Version: 1.2.6
iPhone OS: 3.0
Size: 3.3 MB
While the iPhone does have an alarm clock, iHome + Sleep is a feature-rich version of the same and is a lot better than what you get with the Apple device. This alarm clock lets you keep track of the weather (using The Weather Channel widget) and put up custom photo backgrounds. There is also an option to define different bedtime and wakeup settings such as alarms, wake & sleep music, personal reminders, social updates (Facebook and Twitter), etc. The app also keeps track of your sleeping habits, maintaining stats for the same.
