Lava Mobiles Launches Phone with Rupee Symbol

Just a day after TVS announced their first keyboard incorporating the new Rupee sign, its time for more folks to jump to the rupee sign bandwagon. India based Lava Mobiles has launched what is arguably the first phone on the planet to come with the rupee symbol.
The new phone is known as the Lava B5 which is also famous for its ABCDE (alpha) keypad (instead of QWERTY). While the original version if the phone was launched a few weeks ago, it is now that it will ship with the new rupee sign.
The phone boasts of a play, dual SIM capabilities, email, Opera mini, Nimbuzz, MSN, Skype, FM radio, Bluetooth, media player, 3.5mm headset jack and memory card support.
The B5 will set you back by Rs. 4.399.
