After a long wait we finally have a 1GB version of Nvidia's GTX460 to put it through the grind. For all those who aren't in the loop and are wondering why a little more memory is so important here's the explanation. Unlike most previous cards, Nvidia has changed more than just the amount of memory on each card; they've also cut down the memory bus-width and the number of raster operation units (ROPs) on the 768MB version.
ZOTAC has sent us the standard edition GTX460 that comes with the reference clock speeds mentioned above. The packaging is the same as before, no real change here. The 1GB version does come with a game bundle though.

hey bobby if you just want to connect to watch movies in hd get a ati model 5450 only if you are a very light gamer it retails for 3000bucks or you can get 9600gt if your a mid level gamer it retails for 4000bucks but if are buying nvidia cards make the sound cannot be passed to your lcd via hdmi but ati has a sound component also so you can also send sound so choose wisely.any other queries you can ask me bobby
