Worried about the fact that most decent Android phones cost a bomb? Need a handset that runs Android and is light on the pockets as well? Well, Motorola is here to help, it seems.
Images of what is thought to be of Motorola's upcoming low-end Android based phone have been making the rounds of the Interweb. The WX445, as the phone is known, is seen running Android 2.1 and has a UI that sort of resembles Motorola's existing Blur interface. The touchscreen device has a display that looks to be a 3-inch one. It has a camera at the back and comes sans Flash which is perfectly OK for a phone that is supposed to cost less.
The WX445 is supposedly arriving on the Verizon network in U.S. As of now, we have no inkling if this one would ever reach the Indian shores. It does seem to be a good candidate though for a country deprived of low-cost Android smartphones.
