    Becomes the first living person to attract 10 million Facebook fans

Famecount, an audience measurement service for online fame across social networks, noted that super hit track 'Poker Face' performer Lady Gaga is the first living person to attract 10 million Facebook fans. She even surpassed the U.S. President - Barack Obama who has about 9444942 fans on Facebook.

Usually, it's Twitter that brings large number of fans to follow as soon as any celebrity or artist officially joins. We've already experienced the feats of Ashton Kutcher to gain more fan followers just to beat CNN on Twitter. However, that was all Twitter centric game. However, now Lady Gaga has managed to pull the disgruntled Facebook users back to the social network.

Famecount also noted that Gaga has fastest growing fan/user base. Keeping the numbers aside, Lady Gaga Fan page has five more competitors - Texas Hold 'em Poker, Michael Jackson, Mafia Wars, Facebook (yes the network itself) and Family Guy (U.S. TV show).

Facebook obviously would be trumpeting about its glory of having millions of fans of the most popular celebrities today.
