Zynga, the creator of FarmVille and Mafia Wars on Facebook, has now made a breakthrough to relieve you from all worries about your farms on Facebook. The company has now released FarmVille for (Insert Drum Roll) Apple iPhone and iPad! Yes, now you can water your plants, plow and harvest them while you're on the move. This FarmVille app is available as free download from Apple App Store (iTunes link).





Back in late April, we reported that Zynga was working on FarmVille for iPhone and iPad along with Android versions. Since the iOS (formerly iPhone OS) doesn't support Flash, the social game FarmVille has been port specifically for the platform. FarmVille is a virtual farming game that has millions of users on Facebook.





We already know that you're a pro at FarmVille but do note that your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad requires to run iOS 3.0 or later version. Also, remember that the app is available for FREE but you'll have to pay for in-game (in-app) purchases. Now is the time when Zynga and Apple both will make the best of in-app purchases.

i've got a question if you have the farmville app do you get a new farm or do you get the one you have on facebook.and when you say that we have to pay for the in-game purchases does that mean pay for decorations crops ect. or do we just pay a certain amount for the time your in the app. please email your answer if you can.thanks :)

R2D2 here, I laughed till a resistor blew out my nose! Apple says you must hold your iP4 a certain way for reception. Too funny! Here's a thought: Take your head out of Job's axe and the reception will improve. No such problems with my Droids. The force is with us!
