Performance
HD HQV Benchmark
We connected the PS3 to the TV via HDMI and used our HD HQV Benchmark. The TV scored 55 points out of 100, which is not bad. The places where it lost was in the Film Resolution test and the HD noise reduction tests. We even noticed the colors weren't very accurate and are either quite dull or over saturated.
USB port
The USB port only supports photos and music. The interface cannot get more basic than this and it's by far the shabbiest interface I've come across.
We connected the PC via VGA but for some reason the TV wasn't able to fit the screen properly. Also, the scaling options are limited and you only get two options, none of which work. However, when connected via HDMI, you get a lot more options and 'PC Mode' fits you're entire desktop perfectly but then the icons are insanely small and are unreadable, this is nothing like a desktop 22" full HD monitor which scales properly. If you plan to use your PC at the native resolution then be prepared to go blind. 1600x900 seemed to scale very well and everything looked decent via VGA but the pictures weren't that sharp or crisp given it's not the native resolution.
Connecting a console via HDMI or Component seemed to fare quite a bit better. The colors are still no where accurate but it's not that bad. BluRay's show decent black levels albeit with a little noise cropping which we couldn't get rid off. There's also quite a bit of backlight bleeding on the top and bottom portions of the screen.
