A USB Flash drive is the most convenient way to carry data in a truly portable manner. You can simply plug it in, transfer data and carry it in your pocket, which is not possible with most portable hard drives. The most notable con about USB Flash drives is that they are a lot slower than portable hard drives and therefore transferring large amount of data is usually a pain. Corsair seems to have taken note of this and have got a solution in the form of the Corsair Flash Voyager GTR 32 GB, thanks to it being based on SLC memory.

These days a growing number of manufacturers are producing Flash drives with large capacities. Corsair has been a major player in the memory market, and it would have been a surprise were it to have been left out of the USB Flash drive market. The Flash Voyager GTR 32 GB seems like an impressive offering, as it boasts of read and write speeds rivaling those of USB portable hard drives.
