The HTC Smart is HTC's first non-smartphone device. Yes, it has neither Windows Mobile nor Android, but something called Brew OS, which has been developed by Qualcomm. HTC has also added their excellent Sense UI skin to come up with a budget touchscreen phone to take on the Corbys and Cookies of the low-end touchscreen phone world. But is the Sense UI capable enough to take on this challenge without a powerful OS backing it? Is the HTC Smart smart enough for the users to consider it over established rivals?
