Crysis 2 'First Look' Premieres at NY Times Square

Electronic Arts' next big game this year is action shooter game Crysis 2, developed by Crytek. The official Crysis Twitter account tweeted about the 'First Look' trailer of Crysis 2 which was shown at the Times Square. Out of the few present there, Hookedgamers uploaded a video of the First Look trailer of Crysis 2. Check out the trailer below.
After the trailer was over, viewers were pointed to the game's website - http://sosnewyork.com. What you will find on this site is just a countdown timer that ends on April 9. A direct sequel to the first game, the new Crysis 2 is centered in the New York city. Crytek has developed this game using the new CryENGINE 3 that was shown last year at the Game Developers Conference 2009.
With the CryENGINE 3, Crytek for the first time will develop sequel of highly acclaimed shooter game for consoles as well. Crysis 2 is expected to be released sometime between July and September this year for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC platform.
Right now, everyone is wondering what's the big announcement or disclosure that will take place on April 9 at the official Crysis 2 game site. Screenshots? Videos? Developer Diary? Demo announcement? We can just keep our horses run wild at the moment.
