We are just one day away from the most awaited Cricket Tournament - the Indian Premier League T20. If you love cricket and are an avid gamer, here is the all new official IPL T20 game by Indiangames - all ready for you to play.



To play the official IPL T20 Fever online game, you'll need to use either Internet Explorer 6 (or higher) or Firefox 3.6 (or higher). Yes, Indiangames is fully aware of the death of IE 6 but the company doesn't want millions still using IE6 to miss out on the online T20 cricket fun. To get started, all you need is a Facebook account and you can directly head to the IPL T20 Fever website, login via Facebook Connect and start playing. Indiagames has also introduced the official IPL T20 Fever game for iPhone and iPod Touch devices through the App Store (iTunes Link). Available for $5 (Rs. 240 approx.), the IPL T20 Fever for iPhone and iPod Touch allows the user to play the entire IPL tournament by holding matches between eight official IPL teams with official cricketers. Supporting full 3D graphics with realistic animation and other game physics, IPL T20 Fever also offers difficulty modes - Easy, Medium and Hard. 





What's more? Users can also win prizes by submitting their scores online through the Power Play mode. This app also supports Facebook Connect so you can post your scores and achievements directly to your Facebook timeline.

As your team heads out in the field, the players' names are actually of your friends with their individual profile image. Essentially, this is a single player game which replaces your team members with your real friends through Facebook. It would have been cool if your friends could actually control their own avatars but maybe we'll see something like that in a future iteration. The game looks pretty good, full of action replays, cheerleaders cheering you on when your hit a four or a six and so on.
