We asked users the question, "Would you recommend this service to others". Below is a pie-chart of their response for individual operators. The numbers in the pie-chart are the actual number of people who casted a particular vote (i.e. either a Yes, No or Maybe)
As you can see, we've got a large number of users who've opted for Reliance and Tata's services. Out of those, a majority of people have recommended this service to others. The two operators had already generated good vibes with us in our testing, and now the rest of India also seems to think the same.
MTNL and BSNL's approval rating has been somewhat iffy. While some have boasted about their services in the comments section, the survey reveals an almost 50/50 thumbs up-thumbs down rate. Unfortunately, since BSNL doesn't operate in Mumbai, we weren't able to test their EV-DO based service. MTNL's 3G was decent, but not as good as Tata or Reliance.
